| Details: | Discus the nitrate results with manager for Jackson County parks. A public notice posted in this park last week. Additional posting will be posted at each faucet that potable water can be obtained.
A letter sent on 9-25-18 to this system addressing the nitrate maximum contaminate level exceedance and a plan requirement for nitrate reduction.
Lifted 03/07/2019: Receive information from the operator that the approved nitrate removal system is in place. Nitrate test results show a non-detect. Consult with OHA-DWS/compliance. Nitrate Do Not Drink alert can be lifted. This system will be required to test quarterly for nitrate for one year. |
