| Details: | The City of Beaverton reached out to DWS staff on 2/12/22 stating they had issued a Partial Boil Advisory to a business along SW Western Ave, Beaverton, OR 97005 with approximately 5 employees. A planned service outage to facilitate a water main installation was initiated on 2/12/22 and unexpectedly left a single business outside of the planned service area without water. The work crew notified the business, provided guidance on flushing and boiling the water. The city also provided bottled water and portable toilets for the duration of the outage. Water samples were taken once the affected areas have been re-pressurized and the affected lines have been flushed. Sample results are expected on 2/14/22. Lifted 02/14/2022: Advisory issued by the City of Beaverton for a single business along SW Western Ave, Beaverton, OR 97005 was lifted. Samples taken came back negative for TC/EC. |
