| Details: | Positive repeat samples E.Coli and Coliform in distribution. Along with a positive triggered source sample. Water system supplies restroom facility on property only. This has been locked and Boil Water Notice template has been provided to operator to display on doors. Next step is 5 confirmation samples from the well, then shock chlorination treatment. Update 05/24/2017: Positive confirmation samples E.Coli in source. Boil water notice is still posted and restroom doors remain locked. Level 2 investigation found evidence of well head submerged with high water mark. Maintenance has been contacted. Update 06/19/2017: Tim is working with us to get the well head out of the vault and meeting the construction issue that were found during the source evaluation. Lifted 12/04/2017: Fiddlers completed the well head reconstruction to have it extended 12" above grade and remove the vault it was in. Final Plan Review has been granted. System will continue monthly distribution sampling for one year and evaluate if the issue has been resolved by the reconstruction. All coliform samples since June have been free of bacteria. |
