Details: | This afternoon, OHA DWS received a complaint from a resident that as of 8AM there was zero water pressure. I called and left a message as well as an email for Todd Pentrack that the water system is currently on a Boil Water Notice. I noted that the Boil Water Notice document must be distributed to all users of the systems water I attached the template of the Boil Notice document for reference. I mentioned that once water pressure is restored, and a "special" water sample for total coliform comes back as negative, the Boil Notice may be lifted. I also called Cedar Tree park manager Rick Agee as well, but was unable to leave a message. Lifted 07/19/2022: Todd Pentrack forwarded us a "special" water sample for total coliform which tested negative. Todd mentioned the water leak was not from water system line but from an individual tenant. Boil Water Notice has been lifted. |
