| Details: | Spoke to Silas in person at Hiland about positive E. coli. Silas has issued a boil water notice and is notifying consumers on system via mail, voicemail, and text notifications on 7/7/22. Silas will also be hand delivering notifications to residences on 7/8/22. Notified him that a Level 2 investigation will be necessary. Hiland has shocked and flushed system and has taken 3 special samples. All 3 samples are absent for coliform and E.coli, system has lifted boil water notice on 7/12/22.
