| Details: | On 07.26.2022-Rick emailed me informing that the Coos Bay-North Bend Water Board has issued a precautionary boil order as a result of a pump failure in the third level pressure system.
Affected location: Everest road in the Libby area of south Coos Bay no eateries were affected.
Approximate Number of Services affected: 10
Expected Duration: from 07.26.22 at 4:00 pm to 07.28.22 at 4:00 pm.
Notification: Direct notification.
The Boil Order will be lifted contingent on satisfactory results from 2 consecutive days of bacteriological sampling and confirmation of normal area chlorine residuals.
Lifted 07/28/2022: Jason Mills reported that the samples collected for the boil order on Everest Ave, were both negative for coliform bacteria. The boil order was lifted today at 4:00 p.m. |
