| Details: | Public Works Operation Manager emailed to notified me of a water main break resulting in loss of pressure to a third of Sweet Home. Residents alerted the Sweet Home Public Works to let them know they didnt have water pressure. The break is located under a bridge and were able to isolate the break and restore pressure to all but one business which has been closed for two years. They are now figuring out how to get to it to the break to asses the damage. They are in the process of taking samples before lifting the notice. Residents and businesses have been notified. Lifted 08/24/2022: Samples taken are in the affected area are negative. One property which has been closed for a few years is still affected and will be tested once the line has been repaired. |
