| Details: | Martin called the PHP duty officer to let us know that there was a loss of pressure in the distribution system due to winter weather. Pressure has been restored and coliform samples were collected. One sample came back positive for total coliform (e. coli negative) and the operator took more repeats today (12/30/22). Well 3 was running at the time, the operator did take a sample and that came back total coliform positive. Operator has issued a boil water advisory for all customers and is distributing the advisory to all houses by hand. Lifted 01/04/2023: Test results are negative, advisory has been lifted. |
