| Details: | The operator reports that a routine maintenance activity for a pressure reducing valve (PRV) identified soil / organic matter in the water line. The operator notes that a they also received a customer complaint of "dirty " water at a connection immediately downstream of the suspect PRV. The system has issued a limited boil order for the approximately 100 service connections downstream of the PRV and has submitted water samples for analysis. Affected residents were notified by water system staff.
