| Details: | 19 service connections (27 accounts) will temporarily loose pressure as a result of a mainline replacement project on 4/18/23. The loss of pressure will occur in the business district and will affect a restaurant, RV Park, laundry mat, salon, motel, the health department, grocery store and multiple residences. After the repair is complete, the water system will shock chlorinate, flush and then collect special samples. The system anticipates the notice will be lifted by 4/20/23. Lifted 04/19/2023: The tie-in is complete and the system ended up only shutting off water to 5 services. The affected portion of the system was chlorinated, flushed and the special samples were absent for coliform. |
