| Details: | Talked to Mark on the phone and also emailed him. Let him know the system needs to be on a boil water advisory notice for the repeat samples that were e.Coli positive in the distribution that reported today. I emailed him the boil water advisory notice template. He said he will make sure everyone gets a copy and will send a completed copy back to me. Also informed him the east well came back with a positive e.Coli result so he needs to take 5 confirmation samples within 24 hours. He said he would take them. Let him know we would be out as soon as possible to do a level 2 coliform investigation. Gary will be in contact as they try to determine the source of the contamination and will advise them on sampling requirements to lift the notice. Lifted 12/14/2018: The system pulled 5 samples from the west spring source - all returned positive for coliform - no e-coli The system pulled 5 samples in distribution - all were negative for coliform. |
