| Details: | USACE John Day Lock and Dam notified NCPHD that their chlorinator had malfunctioned and run out of chlorine. The chlorinator has been fixed and a special sample will be drawn 5/4/23 to confirm that all bacteria has been disinfected prior to removing the notice. Lifted 05/15/2023: Special samples taken on 5/9/23 came back absent for total coliforms and e. coli. |
