| Details: | Dave reported that a contractor hit a main line with an excavator and caused a total loss of pressure that affected 13 service connections between South 35th St and Virginia St. A precautionary boil advisory was posted today. All affected customers have been notified via door-to-door notification. No food service facilities affected. The operator reported that there was no need for language access services. Two water samples have been collected. The boil is expected to be lifted tomorrow once test results show absence of bacterial contamination. Lifted 07/01/2023: Dave called to say that the two samples taken showed an absence of coliform bacteria, so the notice is lifted. |
