| Details: | This a planned outage to repair a distribution line. The outage is affecting 16 of 40 homes. The affected residences received a boil water advisory. The system will be shocked chlorinated. Follow-up tests will be taken after the system is flushed and chlorine residuals show 0 ppm chlorine.
The advisory will be in place until test results show absence of coliform bacteria. Lifted 07/14/2023: The operator notified me that the repair was complete. The system was shock chlorinated and flushed. The operator reported 0 ppm chlorine residual in the system prior to submitting follow up testing. The lab report was delivered on 7/14/23 and showed the system absent for coliform bacteria. |
