| Details: | A contractor will be doing a valve tie-in as part of the City’s Wilkes Street Improvement Project . This will require water to be shut off to one customer on 8/3/23. The customer was notified with a 24 hour notice they will be without water and a boil water notice will be issued. Once the valve tie was complete a water sample was taken for bacteria analyses. Lifted 08/04/2023: The sample collected on 8/3/23 came back negative for TC/EC. The boil water advisory was lifted on the afternoon of 8/4/23 and the 1 impacted customer was informed. |
