| Details: | Leak will be fixed tomorrow morning 10/4. About 10-12 homes were affected. DWS initially received call from individual on behalf of customers served experiencing water outage. Spoke with Troy Simmons Board President on 10/3. Once district was aware of loss of pressure issue, customers were notified via text messaging. Discussed BMP for watermain breaks and public notice. Lifted 10/05/2023: Troy provided new information on water outage. Working with OAWU staff, the water mains were repaired and pressure restored. Sampling in the affected area was absent for coliform. Customers notified via text, call and/or email of the advisory being lifted with recommendation to flush household plumbing. |
