| Details: | The City issued a partial boil water advisory to 28 residential connections near NW Broadshire Lane on 9/28/23. A water line break resulted in a loss of pressure. Repair required isolating and shutting water off to a section of the service area. Impacted customers were informed via phone calls, doorhangers, and information was posted on the City’s website and social media pages. The repair was completed on 9/28/23 and pressure was restored. Impacted customers were directed to flush taps for 10-15 minutes prior to use. Lifted 09/29/2023: Bacteriological samples were collected and came back negative for TC/EC. Consequently, this partial boil water advisory was lifted on the morning of 9/29/23 . |
