| Details: | The Seal Rock bookkeeper emailed to inform me that a boil water notice has been issued. The boil water notice was hand delivered to each resident. District crews performed planned maintenance which created conditions of low pressure in the system. The affected area of the system was thoroughly flushed once repairs were completed. A bacti sample will be taken from within the affected area and delivered to the sample drop off site at the Newport Water Treatment Plant on Wednesday. This area has residential customers and there is also a RV park in the area but no other commercial businesses. Lifted 12/11/2023: All test results were negative, the boil water lifted notice went out to those affected. |
