| Details: | Glyn contacted NCPHD to notify that their chlorinator was down. USACE implemented a do not drink advisory to all staff and are working to get the chlorinator back online. Glyn will inform NCPHD once the corrections have been made. Lifted 11/21/2023: Was notified that the chlorinator is back up and running. The special coliform samples came back absent for coliforms. The operator has been instructed to notify customers of the lifted advisory and email a copy of the lifted advisory to DWS compliance. |
