| Details: | A February 8th site visit to the water system determined the water source construction was utilizing direct surface water. The water system does not have any approved surface water filtration or means for 4-log inactivation of pathogens from the surface water source. The water system needs to maintain on a boil water advisory until approved surface water treatment can be installed or an alternate approved water source be utilized.
ECOLI FOUND AT SOURCE. SYSTEM DOES NOT USE ADIQUATE TREATMENT FOR ECOLI. SYSTEM IS ON BOIL WATER NOTICE UNTIL A CORRECTIVE ACTION WITH APPROVAL FROM THE REGULATORY AGENCY HAS BEEN DETERMINED FOR THE WATER SYSTEM.
