| Details: | Due to loss of power, the water system was unable to inject chlorine in the distribution system on 01/15/2024, allowing the possibility of potentially harmful bacteria to be present in the water supply. Further testing is in process and boil notice will be lifted once compliance is met. Lifted 01/19/2024: "Special" sample submitted on 1/17/2024 was found to be negative for total coliform and E-Coli. Boil Notice is lifted effective immediately. Update 01/19/2024: "Special" sample taken on 1/17/2024 was also found to have .70 ppm chlorine residual present. |
