| Details: | A pump fault on the evening of 2/7/24 resulted in a complete loss of pressure for the water system. The WS is now using their emergency well #2. The WS has issued a boil water advisory. Coliform samples are being collected today 2/8/24. The advisory will remain in effect unit satisfactory test results are obtained. Jessica emailed a copy of the public notice that was issued.
2/13/24 - Water samples at Well 2 and in the distribution tested negative for total coliforms and E. coli on 2/12/24. However, Jessica stated the WS will remain on the Boil Water Advisory because the original well is back online and they need to collect coliform samples at the Well 1 and in the distribution today (2/13/24). If results are negative for TC and E. coli, then the boil water advisory will be lifted. -AD, Marion County REHS Lifted 02/15/2024: No coliforms detected in sample results for Well #1 (collected 2/12/24).
