| Details: | Darin Viar reached out from the City of Siletz to DWS staff on 3/5/24 stating they had isolated a water main break and issued a partial boil water advisory to 5 businesses affected by the loss of pressure. Impacted customers were notified by physical notice distribution. Work is being completed to repair the water main. Water samples will be collected on the afternoon of 3/5/24 once the main has been re-pressurized and flushed. Lifted 03/06/2024: Special coliform sample collected after water main repair is negative for TC. The City of Siletz has lifted the partial boil water notice. |
