Details:	As part of the new water systems plan review process, I discussed the water systems current water source. The current water source is untreated surface water from local unnamed creek. The facility has no approved surface water treatment (filtration or disinfection. The water system contact was noticed that the water served from the public water system would need to be boiled prior to any human consumption and public notice would need to be posted about the boil water advisory.
