Details: System has not taken follow up source confirmation samples at the dug well following a source E.coli detect. OHA issued the boil advisory.

Lifted 10/04/2024:  System made repairs to seal lid disinfect dug well. System provided 5 clean source samples 3 distribution samples. Boil advisory is lifted.
