Details: | CCPH received a complaint a resident at the mobile home park that the complainant had no running water. I called and spoke with Todd Pentrack who claims that one mobile home had a leak, and so they shut off the water system to prevent the well from running dry.
In water pressure loss events such as a leak or water being shut off, contamination can enter the system and a Boil Water Notice is initiated until the next water sample tests negative for both e. coli and total coliform. I emailed Todd a copy of the Boil Water Notice template for pressure loss events. Todd said that the leak has been fixed, water is restored and the water sample from distribution is being collected this morning. Lifted 10/03/2024: Todd Pentrack forwarded the recent distribution water sample results, dated 10/1/24, which showed as “absent” for both total coliform and e. Coli. Boil Notice lifted. |
