| Details: | Arsenic test results were over the acute arsenic level (.0925 mg/l). The operator checked the treatment system and the bypass valve was turned to the shutoff position preventing regeneration. It was somehow manually turned off. They are now implementing lock out tag out. The valve was turned on and they will be taking a special arsenic sample. There are only two sinks (restrooms) that are supplied water from the well and an arsenic public notice has been posted in front of the sinks.
