10.14.2024 the operator was contacted via phone and notified of the E. coli positive sample.
Next steps:
The operator was instructed to collect 3 repeat samples prior to any corrective actions. The operator is posting a boil advisory. The advisory will remail in place until additional samples can verify absence of coliform contamination. The operator was also instructed to submit a copy of the boil advisory.
A level 2 coliform investigation has been triggered.
