| Details: | System issued a boi1 water on 1021/2024.
A coupling was coming off of a 6” pipe and the flow of the leak when it was reported at 1AM was already pulling back water from Deer Ridge Rd, only some customers still had gravity fed trickles.
2. All 105 connections were impacted, even the first two connections between the master meter and the leak did not have enough flow.

4. KTIL and Nixle. Unofficial message to Facebook at 11 am. Board members and I made calls and text reaching 70 easy. Only 3 customers said they did not receive the advisory and they won’t be excluded next time.
10/23/2024. After pressure was restored a water sample was taken and came back clean on 10/23/2024, boil water lifter.
Lifted 10/23/2024: Samples were taken to the lab after repair and came back clean. Boil water was lifted and residents were notified on 10/23/2024 |
