| Details: | System issued a boil water advisory on (11/1/2024) to all residential customers. This advisory was prompted by high turbidity due to weather and high rainfall into source water. Impacted customers were informed directly. Once Turbidity/Filtration issues are address, bacteriological samples will be collected and dropped off at the lab with results expected with-in 24 hrs.
The water system has addressed filtration issues and turbidity levels in the water have decreased, bacterial samples taken by water system on 11/05 are absent for bacteria. 11/30 System is continuing to have turbidity issues for Nov and will continue advisory until turbidity issues are resolved. Update 07/08/2025: Operator adjusted polymer in system and less rain fall his lowered NTU levels in finished water as per June surface water treatment form. Bacterial tests are absent for June. System is working to recalibrate its turbidity monitor and lift advisory. Lifted 07/11/2025: Water system recalibrated turbidimeter on 7/11 and have absent bacterial results. Advisory is lifted. No further action is required. |
