| Details: | System issued a boil water advisory on (11/1/2024) to all residential customers. This advisory was prompted by high turbidity due to weather and high rainfall into source water. Impacted customers were informed directly. Once Turbidity/Filtration issues are address, bacteriological samples will be collected and dropped off at the lab with results expected with-in 24 hrs.
The water system has addressed filtration issues and turbidity levels in the water have decreased, bacterial samples taken by water system on 11/05 are absent for bacteria. 11/30 System is continuing to have turbidity issues for Nov and will continue advisory until turbidity issues are resolved. |
