| Details: | The Coos Bay-North Bend Water Board has issued a precautionary boil order due to system pressure lower than 20 PSI, because of a 4” main break on Cape Arago Hwy, located SW of Sunset Golf Course. Only the Shore Acres State Park was affected. The duration of this boil advisory is expected to last until 11.04.2024. Customer affected received direct notification. The boil order will be lifted contingent on satisfactory results from 2 consecutive days of bacteriological sampling and confirmation of normal area chlorine residuals. Lifted 11/04/2024: The operator reported that after 2 consecutive days of absent bacteria samples, the boil order at Shore Acres State Park on Cape Arago Hwy has been lifted. |
