| Details: | Earlier today, TVWD experienced a main break on SW Kemmer Road. The break has been repaired and water service has been restored to all customers, but a portion of this water main on SW Kemmer Road between SW Spellman and SW 175th Avenue lost pressure during the event. Because of this, TVWD has issued a boil water advisory to 31 customers. The notification has been hand-delivered to each customer in the affected area and we have a posting on our website. Water quality samples have been collected and the analysis will be started tomorrow morning. We expect to receive results on Tuesday morning and the boil water advisory will be lifted once we have confirmed that the water is safe to drink. Lifted 02/12/2019: Peter reported Tuesday morning that sample results came back absent for E. coli and total coliform confirming water is safe to drink. Boil notice has been lifted. |
