| Details: | System issued a partial boil water advisory this afternoon (1/22/2025) after multiple customers reported an unexpected loss of pressure following scheduled distribution system maintenance. As a precautionary measure, approximately 150 residential connections along Hillsdale St., Trillium Dr., and Grand Ave. are being advised to boil their water. No food service establishments or OHA-licensed facilities are impacted. DWS Staff provided staff PN template. The system is notifying affected residents through door hangers and does not require language access assistance. Water pressure was restored around 3:00 PM, and bacteriological sampling is set to take place today or tomorrow, with results anticipated within 72 hours. Lifted 01/24/2025: Christian Anderson called to Lift the boil order. Update 01/24/2025: This partial boil water advisory has been lifted. Samples taken came back negative for TC/EC. Customers will be notified today (1/24/2025). |
