| Details: | Salem notified DWS that there was a mainline break causing a loss of distribution system pressure. The City has issued a precautionary boil water advisory for 200 homes near Browning Ave S to the South, Cloudview Drive S to the East, Cunningham Lane S to the North, Kurth Street S, 4200 and 4300 Blocks of Camellia Drive S, 900 Block of Downs Street S, Holiday Court S, Crestview Drive S, Holiday Drive S. The City has delivered door hangers to the affected customers and will follow up with coliform sampling once repairs have been made.
Lifted 01/28/2025: Repairs have been made and follow up coliform samples are satisfactory, the City has lifted their partial boil water notice for the affected customers. All customers have been notified. No further actions needed. |
