| Details: | The system contacted DWS about a loss of pressure event that occurred when a 4 inch distribution line was damaged during construction activities on the evening of 2/4/25. Approximately 140 customers located south of Panther Creek were affected. Customers were notified electronically, by phone call, and by door hangers.
The damaged line was isolated, repaired, and flushed. Special coliform samples were collected on the morning of 2/5/25. The system informed DWS that inclement weather may affect sample delivery to the lab. Lifted 02/07/2025: An additional 2 inch distribution line was damaged on 2/6/25 in the Deerlane Dr area. After repairs, three special samples were collected from addresses close to the loss of pressure on the morning of 2/7/25. All three samples were absent. |
