| Details: | A routine distribution sample returned TC+ and E-Coli positive. Repeat sampling has returned TC+ and E-coli+ in the distribution system. The triggered source sample was absent for bacteria. A special sample taken before storage was negative. The operator believes the issue is isolated to the storage tank. They will be shock chlorinating, They plan to have a tank inspection to determine if it is compromised. A boil water advisory has been issued. It will remain in place until remediation takes place and testing confirms the issue is resolved. Lifted 03/11/2025: The operator reports that follow distribution samples are clear. A Level 2 investigation will be scheduled in the next two weeks. The reservoir was cleaned and inspected. No visible defects reported. The operator reported 5E Well Services found an issue in the supply line at a anti-siphon device installation. The device removed and the pipe repaired. |
