| Details: | On March 25, 2025, the system identified a leak on a 12-inch mainline along Main Street. Efforts to conduct a live repair were unsuccessful, revealing a failed service saddle as the underlying issue. The system was depressurized at one affected residential service connection during repair, with water shut off around 12 PM and restored by 3 PM. The affected customer was informed both in person and via door hanger. Water quality samples were collected for bacterial analysis, with results anticipated on March 26, 2025. Lifted 03/26/2025: The boil water advisory for the single affected service connection has been lifted. Samples came back negative for coliform. The impacted customer was informed via door hanger. |
