| Details: | Two meters were missed during a controlled shutdown, causing a loss of pressure in a residential zone near 15570 NW Springville Rd. Hand-delivered boil notices were provided to the affected customers along with door hangers. Coliform samples were collected, and system is waiting on the lab for results. Lifted 06/19/2025: System informed DWS staff coliform samples came back TC/EC absent and they lifted the boil. They also clarified that while the initial advisory indicated two customers were affected, it was later confirmed that only one service connection—located at along Springville Road, was missed during the controlled shutdown. |
