| Details: | At approximately 5:45 am, EWEB had a 12" cast iron main break. This main was the primary feed to the reservoir in the area. At the same time pumps feeding the area faulted. Isolating the broken main from the reservoir and the pump faults resulted in a loss of pressure in the lower half of this system.
The pump faults have been repaired. The crews are repairing the main and once complete, EWEB will enact the flushing and sampling plan for area affected.
111 customers affected: Southponite Dr, Blanton Rd, Crest Dr, Sundance St, Sundail Rd, W 36th-38th Ave, Lifted 06/19/2025: Water system repaired main line and pumps and restoring pressure to water system distribution in effected area. Bacteria sample results are absent as of 6/19. Advisory is lifted. |
