| Details: | All three repeat samples collected on 6/30/25 tested positive for total coliform, absent for E. coli. This requires that a boil advisory be posted for employees. Jackie to post notices at breakroom sinks. Update 11/10/2025: Photos confirming a finer mesh screen was installed on reservoir vent, however the screening is still directly exposed to windborne particulates. Update 12/11/2025: Received alert that three samples collected on 12/8/25 all tested positive for E. coli. Do Not Drink Advisory to remain in place. |
