Details: | A tenant called to say they are still out of water even though the power is back on, the tenant said there is was a water line break. I called Darren today he said they have power back to the park but not to the pump house, they have multiple calls to the power company to remind them there is still a power issue at the park and it is impacting the water system. Darren said he was not aware of any broken water line issue. Update 03/05/2019: A tenant called to say that they talked to the power company and that power it on at the wellhead and the tenant thinks this is some kind of conspiracy to prevent tenants from having water. I called Darren the water system contact he stated the issue was a breaker that was tripped due to a transfer that popped following the power getting back on the park four days ago. The transformer has been fixed and the breaker was reset and the system has water as of 1/2 hour before I contacted him. His said he will collect a sample following an inspection of the water popped to make sure the chlorination system is working and there are no water line breaks. Lifted 03/06/2019: The system collected coliform samples and it was absent. |
