| Details: | Received call from operator Lynn that they will be repairing a water leak today in a section of the Indian Meadow water system. This will required water to be shut off to approximately 20 homes for only a couple hours. We discussed distributing a boil water advisory to only those affected homes and a follow up sample in the area once water service is restored. Lynn will let me know if the follow up sample is absent. If absent, the boil notice can be lifted and recommend that customers flush their home plumbing before using water normally. I emailed Lynn the loss of pressure BMP. Sample results are expected tomorrow. Lifted 03/13/2019: Special coliform sample taken 3/12/19 absent for coliforms. Sample was taken in the affected area following the water line repair and flushing. Lynn said all the customers have been notified that the boil advisory has been lifted. |
