| Details: | Contacted the facility due to the confirmed E. coli test results at the source. Firm has provided the boil water notice template to me and has agreed to post it at all water sources. Firm is looking into a an approved UV treatment system that provides 4 log reduction. Owner was made aware that significant deficiencies would also need to be addressed. Lifted 08/27/2019: Firm has undergone the plan review process, drilled a new well that meets construction standards, and have confirmed that the source and distribution have tested negative for E. coli and coliforms. At this time the boil notice is lifted. |
