| Details: | A watermain break occurred this morning at East Kenmore Street 300 Block resulting in loss of pressure to 13 residential connections. Customers are being notified with door hangers. Waterline has been shut down and isolated. Estimated time to complete repair and return system pressure is four hours. Coliform sampling in the affected area is planned for later today with results available Saturday 9/6. Sample results will determine whether advisory can be lifted. Lifted 09/06/2025: Call from Justin at 1:48am that coliform sample collected was absent and chlorine residual measured normal (~0.8ppm). The advisory has been lifted and affected customers notified by door hanger. No further action needed. |
