| Details: | The water system collected a routine coliform sample on 9/15 that tested present for total coliform bacteria. On 9/16, the water system experienced a power surge that took out a $2000 surge protector. On Thursday 9/18, a second power surge took out the well pump. The water system is out of water currently. Purswell Pumps is onsite replacing the pump. Hoping to get back online by the end of the week. The water system also has new improvements that are about a week to being able to be put online (new storage tank and chlorination system). More information to be added next week on the status of the repair. |
