| Details: | City of Wasco, a community water system in Sherman County serving a population of approximately 460 persons, is on a boil water advisory due to confirmed E. coli in the distribution system, possibly stemming from a recent power outage.
A boil order notice will be hand-delivered to residents and posted in conspicuous places in the city.

Update 10/08/2025: Operator reported the repeat samples were submitted today 10/8/25. Lifted 10/10/2025: The operator reported that the laboratory confirmed all samples collected on 10/9/25 were absent of Total Coliform and E. coli. The laboratory will be submitting official results to the State. The operator has completed and distributed the Problem Corrected Notice to the community. |
