| Details: | Repeat samples 12/18/2025 confirmed E.coli in distribution. Operator discovered gap in reservoir riser and will repair, chlorinate and resample. Boil water notice has been distributed and licensed facilities (OHA/ODA) have been notified. Boil to stay in place until unchlorinated follow up samples are absent for bacteria. Lifted 12/24/2025: Follow up coliform sample following chlorination absent for bacteria. Likely source of contamination found and repaired. Can lift boil advisory as of 10:30 am 12/24/25.
