| Details: | December 19th routine sample at kitchen handwash sink was positive for total coliform and E.coli. A triggered sample taken at wellhead on December 22 was positive for total coliform and E.coli. In addition, one repeat distribution sample taken at laundry sink was positive for total coliform and E.coli and two distribution samples taken at bathroom and kitchen handwash were total coliform positive. Firm is required to take five triggered source samples within 24 hours. Firm has been provided paperwork to fill out and post a boil water notice on front door and at sinks. |
