| Details: | Phone call did not go through to Lorrie, was not able to leave a voice message. I sent a text message and an email notifying her to post a boil water notice as soon as possible. I provided a copy of the public notice, a copy of the coliform troubleshooting guide for pathways to contamination in the well, and shock chlorination procedures. I asked for a phone call back to make sure she received the information. |
