Details:	Upgrading the system. Not many shutoffs in the distribution so it effected the entire system. Advisory will stay on until confirmation testing shows it to be absent of coliforms Lifted 04/29/2019: Testing after the system was was re-pressurized was absent of coliform bacteria. The Boil Water Advisory is officially lifted.
